Also cycled for the first time in 371 days, lucky not to lose touch with my handling hehee. I think not bad already lah, can maintain around 30km/hr on roads for about 15mins, considering its more than a year since I last rode.. Oh, I can still do freehand cycling! haha! But after all that cycling on Tue, my legs feel like jelly liao -.-
Picked up a couple of injuries this week also. I'm just super unlucky last week, seriously -.- First one was the interclass soccer with sb/st at St. Wilfred's, sprained the same left wrist twice in the game. Wah Piang, feels like a freaking fracture in the wrist lah, can't move it for a few minutes after it kena hit.. Game one-sided? Got thrashed badly, can't play my preferred position cos I'm just not good enough in my class.. Played left-back, then right-back, then goalkeeper, then center half -.-
Played soccer with the Scouts 2 days later, more relaxed game and very flexible 4 goals and 1 assist, but still picked up a scratch + burn by the astroturf on the left knee, still stinging pain right now and pus just keeps flowing out from it every time I move. Freakin disgusting and irritating! D: I think it will be at least 2 weeks before I can start doing anything again.. I can't do pushups cos of my wrist, can't run cos of my knee, I confirm gonna get fat again for not doing any exercises ._. Praying it would heal soon!
